About Us
Ellen Longfellow is an attorney with over 20 years of legal experience providing training to employees on a variety of topics including liability, harassment, employment law, policies, contracts, and loss control. She worked as the Loss Control Attorney for the League of Minnesota Cities for over 20 years. She organized regional workshops for city employees on issues involving public works, parks & recreation, administrative, human resources, fire and police issues.
Recently, she has presented seminars around the country as a certified trainer for the Skillpath Company on the topic of Records Retention and Destruction Policies. She also made presentations to wastewater operators in Minnesota and Wisconsin on sewer liability issues.
